To Canbeurovision song contest heat 2. Where I had a podium finish. Very very happy with my song and the audience response to it. I was a stand up comic with audience laughing at every sentence - an incredible experience! In the final chorus, with just one fast "Sing it!" from me, the whole audience instantly (and loudly) joined in, and got it right! That just does not happen. Happy

Tried a new yoga class at ainslie arts centre. Was really good postures class, conducted with serene vibe. Short lie down at end. Perfect time of day to do yoga too
