Rode to blackie with Flan to join the YGO group. Walked up and waited at top for group. Had a good catch up chat until we realised that light was fading fast. They did a loop while we took more direct route down. Then spontaneously decided to have dinner at Flan's. Great to catch up with E and M. Got a lift home as I was a bit tired after lots of gardening for J, the exercise and reading E bedtime stories

up blackie via Pixie pump from substation with Lynda. Tried her poles for a bit. Up and down in a bit over 30 mins; Lynda is faster than the Fred and poles (shared) may have helped.
I ran ahead for the last bit to try and break 17 minutes. jogged a lot of the way down. The bilateral sciatica is screaming pretty constantly but I still try to ignore during walk/runs

to school to collect Crumn, up wattle st to ridge, tour via pond, cross bike track for tour of Bruce ridge, back to Crumn's for tea. Then I walked home via a magpie free route

to my first Meisner workshop and back (via some time at Civic pub where I ate chips). Cold evening
