The usual hill session at Nork. 4 minute run to the hill
Did first 5 on the bounce non stop.
2.52, 2.57, 2.57, 2.53, 2.57 - very very evening running. Didn't tire which i'm happy about.
Had a minute rest and kdid another 2 reps.

4 minutes run back.
Seem to be getting stronger and faster on these hills. Plan to either run again without a stop or fot a couple more reps in wihout dropping the pace.
