Hammy feeling crap but will deadlift more stay off the bike this week and try to not worry. It’s cramping and spamming a bit. Only 1/2 and a bit achey on the sit bone. Need to not stress. It’s been a heavy week for me. So need to not mess up and over do it. Definaty feel that averaging 50mile weeks are feasible just need to be sensible building up
Did fast km up to the pub, hammie bit more settled. Feel sick though

So that was a damn sight longer than expected. No bum pain though 5hours later so that’s amazing. Out the saddle a lot on the crappy surface. Maybe I can justify a new bike now?
