That was grim. Stitch and indigestion leading to puking a few times. Hamstring an achey 1 but in the muscle not tendon. First 30mile week for a long time. Getting back to it very slowly

Main set 5 x 3 pull ups + 10kg. felt very heavy and weak

Niggle on left tendon bit sharp but didn't hurt when I stopped running, felt like a nice comfortable pace. Tried striding out a bit at teh end but belly of hamstring still felt tight

Down at the Valley post parents evening. Pretty tired and gunked up. Trying and failing on pink 6c+ - 7c+ problems. Flashed a couple of the big green blobs though
