Felt knackered, need to remember it’s a long time since a proper training week and build slowly. Left tendon bit achey but ok

Down at the pool with Nyima, crushed some pink crimpy things, felt a bit stronger than previous weeks

Ran down to the valley, 30minutes of efforts, then headed back up to the car

Very gentle, didn't rush, nice to be out and to get some miles. Hammy at a 1, no pain in sitbones!

5 repeats of the gravel bank, 5 of bed bank 2 sets of lamposts. Very tired and not alot of zip. Good to be out though and quite happy with the distance
