Felt good, think the look is a bit downhill to start should try and find a more up hill one or run it in reverse.

Annoyingly it was investiture at beavers so had to cut it a bit short.

Drop the last loop at 1.5km, hamstring/sit bone niggles and didn't want to push after the discomfort from Saturdays tussock bashing.

Quite happy to hit 3:42 at marathon heart rate, and pleased to be at 3:51 for the laps at about 4.3HR
