Allendale Challenge route.

Very uphill and boggy, took it easy and felt pretty good until the legs tightened with about 6km to go.

The long steep bog trotting definately took alot out of my legs early on. Checked the results from 2022, the time on my run round would have put me 5th, so it's good to see that I'm moving well even when not pushing.

Impromptu run down the valley to drop the van andeet Sally and the kids to shorten the walk. Was going to ride but Sally helpfully picked up the keys for my bike lock so ended up running shirtless and in walking trousers
