Unsteady start (need to spend longer on warm-up).

Need more planning (no watch taken unlike first pyramid).

2.6km Sprint at Ferny Grove H.S.

Technical near buildings with scattered controls further away from the school. Made a mess of a relatively easy control simply from losing focus during a stage of high intensity.

Found myself struggling to keep speed up hills (reminder to do hill repeats for QUT) and speed-wise not the best run.

20:37, 1 minute slower than Jack and the mother.

Ended training with a 1.4km training set by Ludvig and Anika, focussing on navigating out of bounds whilst planning ahead with control flow techniques.
