Oxgangs Sprintelope Long Course (5.5 km) in 51:39. Steady round an interesting course with some good route choices. especially at the start. Caught R at 11, but back together at 12, 15 and 16 when my GPS was much slower than hers to register the controls. Bad news: tweaked hamstring without warning on 16-17, and hence the "injured" flag. Good news: exercise finished before 10 am so plenty of time for brunch!
