Steady cycle with Rachel and Emma on a gloriously sunny Sunday morning. Bearsden to Milngavie to Lennox Forest to Lennoxtown to Strathblane (along old railway) to Mugdock to Milngavie to Bearsden.

First leg of West District Cross Country Relays at Kilmacolm (4 km). Fast and furious two-lap course on smooth grass. Fast as I could manage, but still basically last! Surprisingly enjoyable.
