Scottish Sprint Champs 2017, Race 1 (2.7 km) in 19:50. Big miss at 1 (approximately 90 seconds lost) then steady on a mainly forest course with a few urban controls at the end.

Urban Orienteering race 16:47 [5] 3.1 km (5:25 / km)

Scottish Sprint Champs 2017, Race 2 (3.1 km) in 16:47. Clean run on a mostly urban course with a few controls in the quarry near the end.

Cycling to and from the Drumchapel parkrun for marshalling duties.

Orienteering race 1:11:17 [5] 5.7 km (12:30 / km) +180m 10:48 / km

Scottish Night Champs 2017, Darnaway East, M50L (5.7 km, 180 m) in 71:17. Poor run at a great race. Big misses at 1 (overshot), 5 (relocated off 6), 14 (big parallel error) and 19, with several smaller misses. Just not taking enough care with the navigation. Disappointing.
