RR Double Sprint Melrose (M40+, 2.5 km, 35 m) in 18:25. Fairly clean run with only time losses overshooting the control on the bridge at 9 (I just wasn't looking for it!) (-40 s?) and sub-optimal route choice 1-12 (-40 s?).

RR Double Sprint Tweedbank (M40+, 2.2 km, 45 m) in 17:30. Reasonably clean run, with only significant time losses on 5-6 (where I took the direct route up the steep muddy bank - apparently round on the roads and paths was better) (-30 s?) and a small wobble on 10-11 (-30 s?).
Drumchapel parkrun #86 in 25:36 (unofficial) on a chilly but sunny morning with clear blue skies. Heavy legs from the start, but kept going on an entirely solo run.

CLYDE Terrain Run, Cochno Loch anti-clockwise at a reasonably brisk pace with Dave and Alice on a cool and still evening in 57:57. Very wet underfoot - like running on plasticine in places! Dave gathered up a good collection of discarded cans and bottles on the way round.
Garscube intervals at Anniesland. Warm up (12.47), 1 x mile (7:11), 2 x 800 m (3.19 - short, 3.31), 4 x 400 m (1.32, 1.33. 1.33, 1.30), warm down (12.00). Session 60.57.
