Slightly unexpected overnight fall of snow, so did a brisk run from the house with Alice to Milngavie, up to Mugdock (with an extra loop in the snowy terrain), and back via Clobber Road and the Craigdu Wedge in 65:45.

Road Race race 23:30 [5] 5.0 km (4:42 / km)

Ruchill parkrun #43. Hard run with Alice on a bright and sunny but cold and windy morning. Pushed hard all the way, and so pleased with a Ruchill PB by a few seconds, and an best-ever 5 K time for Alice one place behind. Maybe the newly retarmaced roads on the Park helped?

Terrain Run 51:26 [4]

CLYDE Terrain Run, Anti-clockwise round Jaw Reservior and Dunellan at a brisk pace on a chilly evening with Dave and Alice. Very wet underfoot, with occasional patches of suprisingly deep snow still surviving higher up the hill.

Garscube Strength and Conditioning. 40 seconds per station again this week, plus the usual warm up and down. Suprisingly sweaty work. 55 minutes.

Interval Session intervals 1:01:54 [5]

Garscube intervals at Switchback. Warm up (12.31), 5 x 1 km with hill in between 4.25 and 4.31, warm down (11.07). Session 61.54.
