Terrain Run 56:47 [4]
(sick)

Was going to have a rest/easy/recovery day, but Alice wanted to do a longer run so I ended up doing the 356 trig (anticlockwise) loop with her at a steady pace in 56:47. Felt better than I expected, and my knees were better than I expected too. Typical Scottish weather: I put on sun cream before leaving the house, endured 10 minutes of hail at the top of the hill, but there was warm sunshine as we got back to the car.

Trail Race race 23:18 [5] 5.0 km (4:40 / km)
(sick)

Springburn parkrun #198 in 23:18. Still not 100%, but tried as best as I could on a sunny but slightly chilly morning. Alice ran a big Springburn PB.

Trail Run 10:00 [1]
(sick)

Gentle warm up before the parkrun.

Orienteering 2:30:00 [3]
(sick)

CLYDE training on The Slacks: walk up (including some mapping practice), 2 x corridor exercises, 3 x short courses, walk down involving about 2:30:00 of walk/jog/run exercise, followed by fish and chips at Simon and Lizzie's house. Knees quite sore by the end.
