Garscube interval session at Anniesland. Warm up (10:47), 1 x 3 k (13:37), 1 x 2 k (9:29), 1 x 1 k (4:19), warm down (10:00). Session 63:14.

Brisk loop from the house, working hard to keep Alice in sight on the second half. From house to Baljaffrey through Baljaffrey Woods round Mains Estate into Milngavie to Craigdu Wedge round Mosshead School round Kilmadinny Loch back to house. Good workout on a blustery but sunny Sunday morning.

Plean parkrun #62. Hoping for a PB, but lacking zip on a cool but sunny morning. Slightly disappointed with 23:57.

Terrain Run 53:20 [4]

CLYDE Terrain Run. 356 Trig anti-clockwise on a mild evening with suprisingly thick mist at the top and surprisingly wet conditions underfoot in 53:20. Well adrift of Mirjam, Alex and Alice. Knee a bit sore on the descent, but not quite enough for the "injured" flag.

Garscube Strength and Conditioning. Warm up, 2 x tough new circuit with 1 minute per station, warm down / stretching. 50 minutes of activity.
