Morning of skiing in great conditions with bright sunshine at Lake Louise in Canada. Definitely more snow here than at Dunrod Hill!

Followed by an even better afternoon as the crowds cleared and I almost had some of the most distant pistes to myself by the end of the day. Certainly the best skiing I've done for a long time.

24 travel day: up at 4:00, bumpy flight from Glasgow to Amsterdam at 6:00, delayed but smooth flight from Amsterdam to Calgary at 11:00 (UK time), straight onto Banff Airporter at 10:30 (UK time), arrive in gloriously sunny but snowy Banff at 12:00 (UK time), dinner and bed 4:00 (UK time)!

CLYDE Terrain Run. Brisk up and down Cochno Hill on a damp and blustery evening with wet conditions underfoot with Dave, Ty and Alice in 48:10.

Garscube Strength and Conditioning. Warm up, 2 x new circuit with 1 minute per station, warm down.

Tuesday Mar 12 #

Interval Session intervals 52:46 [5]

Garscube Intervals at the Switchback. Warm up (12:56), 1 x 4 km (with a big hill at the start) in 4:35, 4:27, 4:30, 4:32, warm down (10:37) on a wet and windy evening with just the hardcore runners turning out. Session 52:46.
