... then steady round Tollcross parkrun in 24:59 to complete 250 parkruns.

Theatre in Edinburgh, no time to run (honest!).

Reasonable brisk loop from home, through Milngavie and on the back roads around Baldernock and back on a damp but mild Monday lunchtime in 53:24.

356 Trig loop anticlockwise on a mild but blustery Sunday lunchtime. Accidentally met Dave at the start, so he and Alice did a longer (and faster) loop while I contented myself with a slightly heavy-legged solo effort.

A late flight home meant a bonus extra half day of cross country skiing around Seefeld.

Congrats to Amelia on her 250th parkrun today. She gave me a decent head start (perhaps 30 parkruns?) but has been gradually catching me for several years. I managed to hold her off until 248 parkruns, when our family skiing holiday carelessly knocked out three parkruns and let her surge past me to 250. However, now I'm chasing her and our friendly rivalry can continue towards 500 parkruns!
