Stretching via Zoom with R. Stiff legs and glutes after yesterday. More gunting (from me), apparently.

Cycle to top of Mugdock with E and A via main road.

Winding trails in the north of Mugdock trying to keep up with T, E and A on a gloriously sunny Sunday lunchtime. Hard work with tired legs.

Strength and Conditioning via Zoom with R. Hard work (especially legs and glutes) with much grunting (from me, not R).

Terrain Run 1:09:01 [4]

Loch Ardinning with Thomas, Emma and Alice on a sunny Friday afternoon. Various loops of the moorland and the woods. The pace picked up on the second half, and so I had to work hard not to get too far behind, resulting in a good workout on a rare family group run!

Cycling 1:29:36 [4]

Lennoxtown loop on a damp evening (with heaviest rain approaching Torrence) pushing along all the way in 89:36 (a massive 24 seconds slower than on 26/4). Set off the speed warning sign (28 mph) entering Milngavie for the first time.

Drove (a couple of miles) to take exercise for the first time in more than two months (i.e. since before the start of lockdown)! Usual anti-clockwise loop of the 356 Trig on a pleasant early evening in 58:18. Almost felt that I was running properly some of the time ...

Urban Orienteering 37:40 [4] 4.3 km (8:46 / km)

Baljaffrey Long MapRun Course (4.3 km) in 37:40 on a warm evening. Slightly slower than on 19-09-19 (35:40) but good to try to run (relatively) quickly for the first time in a long time.
