Orienteering 43:38 [4] 5.13 km (8:31 / km) +151m 7:25 / km

Gleniffer Braes MapRun, Blue (4.1 km) in 43:37. Rough terrain and steep climbs 1 to 8, with misses at 8 and 11. A proper orienteering workout, and I managed not to mispunch and/or punch the finish early like several of the others did.

Orienteering 35:53 [4] 4.83 km (7:26 / km) +116m 6:38 / km

Dunrod Hill MapRun, Medium (4.2 km) in 35:52. Brisk re-run of the course I test ran back on 2nd September in rather worse conditions. Some route choice variations, and 2 minutes quicker than last time.

Terrain Run 30:00 [1]

Gentle walk/jog as a warm down while waiting for Rachel to finish.

Cycling 1:43:20 [3] 34.19 km (3:01 / km) +389m 2:52 / km

Bearsden to Milngavie to Strathblane to Devil's Pulpit and back via Queen's View. Very dark by the end. A809 closed at Craigton Road, which meant much less traffic on the road (good!), but required carrying the bike through a field and across a very muddy excavation on the dark (bad!) to get round the road closure itself.

Terrain Run 48:42 [4] 7.27 km (6:42 / km) +208m 5:51 / km

Not-the-CLYDE-terrain-run, Dunellan and Jaw Reservoir at good pace with Dave, Iain, Ty and Thomas. First outing for new Inov8 trail shoes, which felt a bit like slippers but certainly had good grip.
