Sunday Feb 28 #

11 AM

Mixed Terrain Run 1:35:06 [3] 13.68 km (6:57 / km) +269m 6:20 / km
ahr:145 max:148

Edenmill to Burncrooks and then out to Duncolm on a path I've never (as far as I know) been on before and back with Alice on a mild and still Sunday morning. Great still to be discovering new routes in the Kilparticks.

Saturday Feb 27 #

10 AM

Strength and Conditioning 49:00 [3]

Strength and Conditioning via Zoom with R.
3 PM

Walk 1:01:41 [1] 4.06 km (15:11 / km) +63m 14:05 / km

Afternoon walk at Edenmill with R, A and Pippin.

Friday Feb 26 #

3 PM

Cycling 49:43 [3] 17.43 km (2:51 / km) +214m 2:41 / km

Glorious afternoon, so couldn't resit nipping out between meetings for a brisk cycle up to Mugdock Visitors' Centre through the Khyber Pass and back through Milngavie. First brisk cycle for as long as I can remember.

Thursday Feb 25 #

7 PM

Mixed Terrain Run 56:46 [3] 8.22 km (6:55 / km) +130m 6:24 / km

Up through Baljaffrey Woods and round the golf course on a mild but damp evening with a headtorch. Very quiet, and saw no-one at all either in the woods or on the golf course.

Wednesday Feb 24 #

3 PM

Terrain Run 49:53 [3] 7.05 km (7:05 / km) +209m 6:10 / km

Quick trip up-and-down Cochno Hill with Alice between Zoom sessions. Mild, but all the tracks are very muddy underfoot after the boots of so many lockdown walkers have been along them in recent weeks.

Tuesday Feb 23 #

5 PM

Walk 41:10 [1] 2.91 km (14:09 / km) +56m 12:54 / km

Walk round the golf course with R and Pippin in the dark.

Monday Feb 22 #

4 PM

Cycling 1:33:19 [3] 29.88 km (3:07 / km) +301m 2:58 / km

Glorious afternoon, so couldn't resist a loop of the lanes east of Milngavie and before returning via Baldernock, Mugdock Country Park, and the Khyber Pass as the light began to fade.
