Usual route from near Killearn down the West Highland Way and then up through the Khyber Pass to Mugdock Visitors' Centre. Pretty steady all the way in very dry conditions with plenty of walkers on the WHW.

Dumgoyne and back going out through Milngavie and back through Mugdock on a slightly damp evening listening to Thomas on "The Run In" podcast. Stopped once to fix the recurring sticky front brakes issue.

Brisk run round Dave's 40 minute Mugdock Score Course MapRun in 33:29. A couple of sub-optimal route choices and the usual MapRun-induced wait for the beep in a few circles, but otherwise a pretty clean run.

ahr:128 max:154 (injured)

South Achray Green Course (4.6 km, 210 m climb) on a sunny evening with Pippin. Rubbish navigation at the start, with big misses at 2 and 5 and a poor route to 7, thereafter better, although I did need to stop a few times to restablish contact with Pippin, to pull her out of a deep ditch near 11, and to carry her across the stream on the way to 13.
