Walking a sprint is always fun but you know I ran those flat and downhills. #roughweekend/night. On the positive side of life, my navigation was on point. No tricking of Roffe went down today.

I ran to gym to claim my free smoothie. Proud of my effort to get free things. I was super disappointed in my smoothie choice. Word of advice: stay away from drinks with beetroot in them.

Time trial Tuesday's. I wore see through o clothes to attract people to Sunday's and kept mentioning the fact that there is an event haha.
