First time running in the repaired shoes post foot-gate. Seemed to work fine. Can't feel the repair I did to the insole since that part of my foot has no feeling anyway!
Had to run today since I told so many people I was a runner and they started to disbelieve me.
Nice run up a red run for a bit then onto a track. Snowy/icy. Timed perfectly to get back for breakfast. Calf hurting but no more than usual; seems to be getting neither better nor worse.
