Left topoffootnearbigtoe still hurts mysteriously. Sigh.

Running - Road/Track (Quick test) 7:44 [3] 1.6 km (4:50 / km) +38m 4:19 / km
ahr:137 max:147 shoes: Nike Pegasus 32

Quick test to determine if I should attempt the o. Conclusion: yes, but drop down a course or two.

Orienteering - Urban race (Stockport MSV urban) 34:35 [5] 7.59 km (4:33 / km) +90m 4:18 / km
ahr:148 max:166 (injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 32

Destroyed all the old people.

No shin pain which was good although getting significant knee pain by the end...same knee; suspect they're related. Hopefully won't affect cycling, will try that this week.

Also still pain in both bigtoejointofoot bones at the side; new pain for me that which started at LIAD. Hopefully nothing too serious; hard to say yet.

Course went really well, missed the best route on 4 or 5 occasions but no real mistakes otherwise. Probably no more than 30s lost in total; really good. 5mins up on everyone.

Skiing (Chill Factore) 1:30:00 [1]

Barely exercise really since it's not very steep or very far, so most of time spent on the lift or in the queue... Didn't hurt any of my various issues, though.
Was meant to be a technique session but didn't really work since the run isn't long enough to get into any kind of rhythm.glad I tried it, though.

Volunteered at both Parkrun AND the MDOC event, both at Lyme Park, thus getting all my volunteering out of the way for the next few years...

Walked 5k-ish around the park pretty much pain free which was good. Still pretty painful to prod though unfortunately so not sure about running just yet.

Can walk better today at least but still considerable right knee pain; I'm sure my shin will be the limiting factor at some point but I think it's just general body wreckedness at the moment.
