Return to O, with my ankle taped super tight using 10-year old tape which has matured to be extra sticky. Painful for the first few km then not too bad.
Orienteering pretty well given the break and the 1:15k map. Got stuck in spiky stuff down a steep hill (in fairness mapped fine) and lost at least 5 mins on #4, then later on #15 overshot annoyingly and lost a few more. Otherwise pretty good though.
Enjoyed it. And managed to not hurt my ankle which is the main thing.
