Trying to get out once every two days at least.
Cautiously optimistic with this one. The physio on Tuesday said that I could try foam rolling my whole pubic region - she didn't sound very optimistic about it 'the pain has moved from somewhere hard to stretch to somewhere very hard to stretch'.
So I tried it, and it's exactly at pleasant as it sounds. Also damn penis keeps getting in the way and it's not something you want to roll. But anyway after doing that and walking around yday the pain was way over towards my hip flexor. Well I know how to stretch that and so I have been all day, and doing loads of hip exercises. And it all feels a bit better today.
Bit too early to say as may well be coincidence, but I need something to be hopeful for so I'm choosing to interpret it positively :-)
