With N - he's doing the MaccH trail series and this one had to be done in a pair.

I'm glad he dragged me out; it was painful all the way around though.

Lovely sunny day, didn't feel like February. Similar to the Clwydian Sheeptracks race two years ago where I had to take my longsleeve off whilst running for fear I was sweating so much I'd run out of water...

Only jogging today though so quite nice; good to chat to someone and be out for a whilst rather than the last two months of running in 30 minute sessions on my own.

The uninjured bits of my body all felt fine which was reassuring.

Vindicates my 19:30 'would've been less than 19 without the snow' from a couple of weeks ago at least.

Still in pain though. But could be worse fitness wise after nearly 2 months of not really running now.
