4 x 1km with 1 min rest in between.
Went a bit too hard on the first one then struggled on the last.
Second and fourth were slightly uphill and the other two slightly downhill.
Really happy though, first decent session since school finished and only had a little bit of pain which I was able to stretch out during the recoveries and ignore during the reps.
4:11, 4:19, 4:16, 4:28. (total = 17:21)
Going to work on pacing myself better so these get more consistent.
