Already so hot and humid, drenched with sweat by the time I was half way through this.
Woke up at 3am and couldn't get back to sleep so this was trying to wake me up too

Not quite the time I was going for.
First 2kms were at the pace I wanted, but couldn't hold it for the rest of the run. I think the combination of humidity + lack of sleep got to me both physically and mentally today and I just couldn't push myself or even focus on running at all, especially in the second half.
Foot was also a bit sore, I think maybe from my shoe? but weird that this hasn't happened before. Going to keep an eye on it.
Next time will be better.
