Really nice path though a bit slippery in places from the rain this morning, which also made things quite humid. Later than originally planned because I was awake for over an hour in the middle of the night so reset my alarm for later. Beach sunrise will have to wait until tomorrow!
Felt okay though not super speedy. Head tired too in the last one. Trying to swing arms more to open up chest and slouch less.
