Intraining session!! Been a while!
6 x 1km with 1min stand rec.
Very fun and very nice to be back.
Plan was to start at 4 and go 1s faster each time.
Felt good, I find it very easy mentally to run around here which is half the battle.
Cold, especially hands but eventually warmed up a bit by the end.
Pretty sunrise this morning. The view here never gets old.
