From Sandgate to Redcliffe with Krystal!
Very hot out because we planned so that we would be running when it was meant to be raining. But it didn't rain.
Stopped at the beach showers and bubblers a few times to try to cool off, very fun!
Had lots of energy at the start but luckily Krystal was there to keep me sensible as I was very tired towards the end and r hip/glute sore. Need to crack down on the physio and strength and stretching again.
Nice route and the best company.

Got better at keeping cadence up and not starting too fast by the 3rd one.
Head a bit funny, didn't drink enough water yesterday and also from not sleeping well last night.

Finishing a busy day from uni to New Farm park to see the jacarandas at sunset.
But too many people to dodge and not feeling super springy so missed the sunset. And was going fairly slowly over the Story Bridge because it was so windy I was worried I would be blown off and then someone on their bike scared the crap out of me.
Jacarandas and roses at the park v pretty.
Then added an extra bit out to Teneriffe and then back to uni. So many people and dogs out!
Feet a bit sore and also hips/psoas not super happy from so much sitting recently.
Nice evening out and nice to see some new scenery!

8 x 400 with 60s rec. Though the rec definitely got stretched out a bit towards the end.
Very hot by the time I made it out and didn't eat enough beforehand because I had planned to leave earlier but then got busy studying.
Felt like I was trying to use my rh shoulder to help me move but it wasn't working without my core. Could feel each time when my cadence slowed and form started to go.
Air was hot but also quite dry, tried to have a drink at the broken bubbler between reps a couple of times in the middle which helped a little.
Wasn't very fast but really glad I pushed through it.

Quite warm and windy and still feeling very tired so just keeping it steady and not worrying too much about how long the recoveries ended up (but tried to stick as much as I could to what the instructions were).
Times about where I expected, no stress, just nice to be out and actually managed to convince myself to do a session which is a big bonus atm.
