Exam block has to be good for something right?
Legs felt really heavy and had to carry my jumper and pencil case the whole time and my head was sore and I was also struggling to breathe a bit from the cold air so cut it a bit shorter than planned, still glad I went out though

Regionals XC.
Decent run, though I think I should've maybe done a better warm up.
Wasn't in the run mentally though, just not focused or motivated enough.
7th by probably about 50m I'd say - I should've run harder in the last few 000m to catch the girl in front.
Slow on the hills - definitely need to do some work on that.
Happy enough though
