Running warm up/down 21:16 [3] 3.17 km (6:43 / km) +29m 6:25 / km
slept:7.25 shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19

Running tempo 22:01 [4] 4.35 km (5:04 / km) +70m 4:41 / km
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19

3 x 1 min hills, 8 min tempo, 3 x 1 min hills.
Felt really strong, good to see progress!
Headwind for all the uphills, and felt super lactic and tired on the second lot.
Distance for tempo was 1.8km
In between each one there was time to go back down the hill or to the start of the loop.
Luckily the stitch from yesterday wasn't there today, it only came back during the warm down.

Running 40:35 [3] 6.37 km (6:22 / km) +188m 5:33 / km

Easy one to the top of cootha and back down.
Started to feel a bit sick in the warm up but persevered, even though it just got worse. I think it might've been from eating too much beforehand. Not great.

Maybe I run faster when I have a cute outfit on!?
