Went too hard on the last bit of the second one because I thought I was way off pace when I looked at my watch, but actually just can't math. Got really hot on the last few and was pretty cooked by the end of the fourth. Last one was a struggle, losing form more as I got tired. Really enjoyed the session though.

A secret mission took longer than expected because I just couldn't run fast. Heavy legs, heavy breathing and heavy tummy made for a pretty bleh run but was fun running somewhere different for a change.
