Went off gamin's distance, but not sure how accurate it was.
A bit of a struggle, just couldn't regulate breathing or get my legs to push hard. I think this may have been a bit from having never done this session before so my pacing was a bit all over the place.
Good to get it done though.

Super fun run, really nice to have some cooler weather at the moment! So peaceful out on the trails too.
Stopped a couple of times to stretch out a bit and for a loo stop (time not included). Had some more of the pre workout chocolate - could definitely feel the extra energy!
Super happy because on top of just having a really good time, I found ten bucks!!

Short hills session - shortened because I underestimated how big the hill was and it was dark anyway.
4 x 45, 4 x 30, 4x 15 seconds up and jog back down recovery.
Recoveries ended up being pretty much the same time as the uphills.
Felt really strong, I really liked this session - just need to find a bigger hill next time to do the full set!

At Alexandra Hills tafe and shs.
Enjoyed this and learnt a lot from it.
Worst control was #12 where I think I was going too fast and then lost concentration for a split second at a crucial moment and went down a path too early and mucked up. Also took an accidentally different route to the one I'd planned for #11 then had to stop to check what was olive green. Then I overran #16 and had to go back. Otherwise was ok. Complex and fast map which was fun though.

Relay event following the sprint champs.
A bit slow starting but I caught a pack with Anna, Brenton and Meredith then just managed to get away from them a couple of controls from the end. Really fun and good to run a super fast sprint course!
