Felt really strong and was still able to push at the end, though my pace was a bit inconsistent during the reps.
Fastest 5km according to my Garmin, though I guess I haven't done a fast 5km in a little while so I should do one properly soon and see how it compares.
Started spitting at the start of the first rep, and the temperature was perfect for running - so nice!

Woke up early this morning because my foot was super irritated but after icing it for a while I decided to go for a run anyway because I had not made any progress on my assignments and needed to get away from them.

Easy 20 before breakky
Foot was ok though started to hurt a bit towards the end.

Swapped my long run for a ride of about the same time to stay off the foot.
Fun, legs were so jelly at the end and the last few climbs were a struggle
