Was super fun, I really enjoyed this and felt pretty strong most of the time.

Absolutely exhausted after volunteering at the Ekka all day and needed to loosen some stuff up a bit. Felt a bit better after this but need a solid sleep.

Easy 30, felt a lot better than the last two days.
Really nice running temp and breeze which was nice. Sky was really hazy and sunset was fiery - so cool.

Easy halfa, was slightly less hot and stomach felt slightly less bad than yesterday. Not a huge fan of running in the dark though.

10 x 30s up, 30s jog down rec. Garmin says 17m climb total, but I think it would be more but because I live in a bit of a hole it didn't register.
Stomach felt absolutely atrocious, I think from the heat and from eating too much. It was gross and everything felt awful. Bit of a pathetic effort, but I guess something is better than nothing??
