Definitely struggled with this session today, think I probably should've made the recoveries slightly longer to compensate, however. Just had no kick.
First one was the pace that I wanted but the rest just couldn't get there.
Splits were: 4:01, 4:13, 4:11, 4:09.

Had too much lunch too soon before hand so felt super gross the whole time and struggled to run fast at all. Got swooped which freaked me out a bit.
Hips were alright though yay.

Bit of a bleh run, legs struggled to remember what to do a bit and breathing was not happening, also quite hot and sweaty weather which would've contributed.
Hips felt quite tight and I think my heart rate monitor was constricting my chest a bit so going to see what I can to to fix that up.
Changed from my plan of summit and back because I wasn't that into it and just wanted to enjoy the run. Nice to be out.
