Bardon Forest Park.
Foot wasn't great through rough forest bits so stayed on tracks as much as I could. Rolled my ankle lightly on the grass on the way to #5 and after that foot was quite sore. I think ankle is more vulnerable because of heel raisers in shoes. On the flat road at the end wan't too bad though but will still ice it tonight and tomorrow morning.

Getting back into some more running now that foot can take it more.
Easy first 5mins or so, then made sure I was pushing a bit and also trying to stay light on my feet. Stopped when I started to feel my foot a little bit just in case, and don't want to do too much too soon. Felt like I was working was too hard for this but I guess it has been a while.
So nice to run! Definitely appreciating running more after some time away!
