Tried to push a bit but made so many sub par route choices which was frustrating. Orienteering was a bit rusty but I will fix this when my holidays start and I'll have more time. Good to get out there again though!!

Up Cootha to take my mind off foot and so that I was working hard but distance wasn't too long. First 2 uphill, 3rd was half/half and 4th was almost entirely downhill. Legs were feeling it by the end but was so good to work hard!!
Some water in the creeks was nice and pool afterwards was awesome!

Foot got a bit sore from around 1.7kms in, I think because my heel was moving around a bit in my shoes. Icing it now.
