Easy run. Short effort as I was on a mission to get a strava segment but the rest was nice and easy.

Exhausted - not enough sleep and a super long day had me falling asleep during my lesson :// which made for a not great rehearsal afterwards.
Had a heap of urgent things to do tonight so cut the training. Was too tired anyway.

Tomorrow is the big day !!!!
