Really bad sleep - awake for several hours in the middle of the night stressing about uni and everything. Kept having to get up and fiddle with my window because of the rain too.
Woke up with quite a high rhr, feeling really tired and sore, and like I am working hard just to be up. Breathing not relaxed either.

Edit: So now that I'm feeling a bit better, I realise that I was probably being quite negative about my run today and whilst I am neither happy nor satisfied with my run this morning, I did learn from it and know better what I can do so that next time is better.

Disappointed with this.
Was feeling alrightish in the warm up but not really good enough to run fast.
Started on track for what I wanted to do but crumbled in the second half.
About 750m in I started to feel like throwing up even though I wasn't going too fast. Breathing was also super tight and high right from the start and this just got worse and worse throughout. Legs were heavy and just couldn't keep up a decent cadence. It was also super humid and gross weather. Didn't have enough mental power to ignore all this and just run.
If it was up to me, going off how I've been feeling this week and how I felt waking up this morning, I should've just slept in this morning.
Very grateful to have Margot running with me, was so good to have her constantly reminding me to keep breathing and to try to keep light feet.
Learnt a lot about my running today and what I could do better in the lead up and on the day so that's always a positive. And runs like these are good character building ones.
Not an accurate representation of where my fitness is at the moment, definitely know I can run a lot faster than I did today. This week has been pretty busy and stressful so when uni and life in general calms down and my sleep improves I'll do another tt.

Robelle Domain.
Mostly good, trying to make myself read the map only when necessary and then make myself run faster. Things are improving!
Felt a bit sick still running but luckily not as bad as this morning, or maybe that was because I wasn't going as fast.
Fun courses and felt a lot better after this.

Mona fartlek with direction changes each time.
Feeling pretty flat and didn't have the energy to push as hard as I would've liked to. Not really satisfied with any of it but especially unsatisfied with how I did the 15s efforts.
Really windy on the oval but temp was nice and cool.

Super long day and was exhausted when I got home.
Morning run got cut bc my clarinet was missing a screw and I had to get it repaired before playing in workshop this morning and mocks tomorrow.
Bummed that I missed todays session because it mucks up the rest of the week's plans a bit but we'll see what goes.

Woke up this morning with an awful headache which didn't go away after taking panadol and electrolytes so went back to bed. A bit better after the nap but then everything got squished into this arvo and decided to cut the run.

Felt a bit sloppy so finished with some strides.
