Parkinson
Took me a little bit to get into it but was never really pushing hard. Should've taken a lot less time on this, needed to have been switched on better.
Bearings were going okay but need to be smoother and more accurate. So many spiderwebsssss

Bit of a hot and humid morning and feeling a bit tired.
Started to slow then paid for it at the end and almost threw up when I finished.
Sprint finish with another woman for first female and just pipped her hehehe.
1 sec pb - slowly chipping away but I know I can go faster just need to get it right.

Deek fartlek.
Didn't want to annoy the people walking their dogs on the park oval so went to the school one in stead. Bad decision - oval is now covered in buildings so there is very little space to run and it is in terrible condition. The grass is pretty much nonexistent. Feel so bad for all the children.
So ended up being a lot less structured than I wanted because I had to rely on my watch for distance so some were a bit longer than others and pace was a bit all over the place. Didn't feel like I was working hard at all.
Finished with a 80~m effort to get the legs moving a bit better.
