Long training at Izsák on the other half of the map from Monday.
Much better this time, felt like I could interpret the map and read it a lot better. Started to get tired and lose focus about 40 mins in so need to be careful about that too.
This part of the forest was much nicer too. Overall happy with this.

Zsana - Massed start forked relay intervals.
So much fun!! Map was really good and terrain was awesome.
Felt a lot better at orienteering than yesterday too which was really nice.
So good to run hard with the other girls too. Overall a really good session. :))
Not feeling worse or better and breathing was blocked so couldn't really push that much though.

Okay, kept getting confused by map and disorientated. Vegetation threw me off quite a lot in parts and the scale kept confusing me because I think I was reading into it too much because I was going so slowly and it was 1:15 000.
Reading things a bit better towards the end. Constantly second guessing myself too which didn't help.
