Chlll run on the trail, blue skies were too tempting to not go out for a yog. Pre brekky, hungry before I started but didn’t notice it when I was out there. Was nice and felt a lot better after.

Mass start interval for the club's kickoff.
Really really nice forest - open and good running + super pretty.
Not running super fast because feeling pretty tired so was at the back from the start. Navigation is getting better I think, I was generalising better and using contours better I think so yay for positives!Getting tired towards the end and not thinking as sharply.

Chasing start for the next one but mass start for everyone else.
Definitely noticed that I got a lot sloppier as it went and as I got more tired.
But fine for the most part, waay too hesitant early on on the longer legs and start second guessing myself and slowing down super early which I need to stop doing.
Overall really fun session and sun was so nice!

Indoor track sesh.
600, 800, 1000, 800, 600.
Went way too hard and died. Next time I will definitely pace myself a lot better.
Hips didn't like the slant on the corner and were getting achey and sore towards the end. Tired body + brain so lost good form for the last few so that wouldn't have helped either. Not the biggest fan of indoors or track but it was really nice to run in shorts/singlet again.
