Long orienteering on contour only map with Julian
Really good training! Taking alternate legs with the aim that one would be a physical interval and the next a technical interval as physical recovery.
Body and brain were a bit tired from the start and felt like I couldn't lift legs enough and make myself move as fast as I wanted to on the physical legs. Navigation getting better, good to talk through what I was doing and seeing to make sure I was using the right things.
Started getting tired after 45, really tired after an hour, then got super hungry so the last half hour was tough.
Good to get a solid forest weekend done and so nice out in the forest too!

Mass start for the first one, dropped behind pretty soon because I couldn't see the tape on the first and then a few others too. Not super in it, should've planned better and pushed harder. Just missed the next mass start so 2nd interval was by myself. Going okay but getting tired towards the end. Started the 3rd with Barbora but we split up after the first control and was alone for the rest. Sloppy and tired so bailed on the last few controls after stuffing around and not thinking straight.
Not super happy with how this went, just not feeling very good about my orienteering at the moment. Which is silly but also to be expected. Need to stop it from getting to me though and enjoy it a bit more, I think.
Nice out, especially at the end when there were 3 gorgeous deer on a really pretty hilltop.

Not feeling well at all and not any better after this long sleep so taking a rest day. Headache and hot/cold all the time and a bit dizzy sometimes.
Probably just accumulated tiredness but not worth taking any risks.

Easy around in clear blue skies, sooo nice!
Doms from yesterday but in general didn't feel too bad, just tired so kept it real easy and enjoyed it.
