Måsenstafetten
First leg! So much fun to race relay with people around, its been almost 2 years since the last one.
Came back up the front of the second pack, the first group got away when made a small mistake to the first control then didn't have the confidence to push the pace to catch back up on the way to the second. I struggle with putting myself in the hurt box, especially early on which is something I need to change. Lost some time on #12, super close to the control but a bit low, needed to be more switched on and careful with height and direction.
Overall good, satisfied with this. But now I want more, and need to learn how to push, run hard and race.
Really fun!

Alright run, one big stupid mistake though and lots of little ones. Not reading the right things well and not generalising enough. The beginning was okay, the end was good but I think the middle part is where I lost focus and things didn't go so well.
Things worked well when I was reading the contours and generalising them and had good direction.
Some positives though and nice day and forest.

Felt pretty good. Trying to stay up and on my toes as much as I could.
Floats not fast enough at the end and then struggled to accelerate again.

Easy around an old course.
Good to get out again and redeem myself a bit after last weekend. Reading/using contours well and process going well too. Stopped when I was getting tired and losing focus to save the rest for next week but was within the total time I wanted anyway. Not sure how this would go before I started because I had bad period pain this morning but it ended up being okay out there which was lucky.
Finished with blue skies and getting nice and warm, almost t-shirt weather soon!!

5km TT at the indoor track
PB by 37s.
With Julian pacing me. First lap a bit fast but after that really consistent, almost every lap ~47s. Felt comfortable for the start but was hurting for the last 2km or so. Trying to stay up on toes as much as I could but started to sit back as I got tired. Think I could've gone maybe a few seconds quicker but that'll have to be for next time!
Happy with this though and nice to finally get under 20!!
