Okay, but could've been a lot better had I made things easier for myself.
If I had taken wider track options to #2 and #3 and made myself hurt a bit more the whole way through, I could've been saving a lot of time but also energy for later on. I didn't take these options because I was too scared of hurting from just pushing hard running, which is silly.
But anyway, leading the whole way, caught up a bunch of people then the group behind caught us and then I made a parralell error on #10 and because they were all behind me they didn't and I didn't see them, so lost 1:30 there and they all got ahead.
But basically need to remember that I'm not a scandi, so not strong enough (yet) in the terrain and I should be making things easier for myself to save energy.
Fun end to the spring races, now for a good block of training.

SL #5, Medel
Fun out, nice forest and sunny day.
Okay run, not great though. Lots to improve on.
Need to be looking for faster routes options eg to #1, though bashed through it and the split was okay but could've been better and had I picked the flatter route I might've been less tired later on. Could've also been using this time to look ahead better at the picky section until #4, and had better flow through here. Lost 30s on #6, not reading map properly and rushing out of #5.
Bad exit out of #7 cost me another 20s, then starting to get tired physically so losing time from #9 on from that too. Bad route choice + execution on the long leg to #11 coupled with mistake on entry from being unsure of where I was and not looking up enough cost me about 2:30, also not being able to run up the hills so not good. Then rushed out without a good exit or having planned route much so entry wasn't good into #12 and lost another 50s.
So better start, then things fell apart as I got tired physically and mentally. I was being 'agressive' and pushing hard at the start, reading contours well and pushing through. Just need to be able to do that for longer than 15mins though now.
So there's potential.

Knee warmed up but then a bit sore towards the end.

Swedish League #4 Sprint
Decent run, tricky but really fun course and area.
Not super happy with what I did on the long leg, route was okay but execution not great. Needed to me more "pick and go" type, lost quite a bit of time hesitating and trying to change my mind.
Not convinced that the way all the levels were mapped was very fair and think I got lucky on the split I won with seeing a better option at the last minute but shouldn't really be complaining I guess.
First sprint in a while before at least one sprint race every week for the next month or so, so good to get a benchmark and find things to improve.
Satisfied with run and result. Fun out!
